Can I shop online?

Yes! To shop online, please visit our dedicated e-store chain.com.au. This website has selected REO products plus a large range of hardware supplies.

What is your holiday trading?

We’re taking a break from 23 December and will be back in the factory on Monday 10 January. During this time counter sales will be unavailable. You can continue to shop online 24/7 at chain.com.au. Online orders will also be sent out in slower intervals during this time, so your patience is appreciated. A sincere thank you for all of your support during 2021!

I can’t find what I’m looking for, help!

If you can’t find a particular item you are after, contact us sales@abaconproducts.com.au or phone: +61 3 9331 5544 you can also stop by the factory at 6 Lemmon Ave, East Keilor between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays).

How do I get a price?

To obtain a quote, select a product and the variation option and click on the  ‘add to quote’ button.
Then complete the short form and provide your email and/or phone number so we can reply to you, and we will be in touch (usually before the close of the next business day) with a price and response to your query. Need a faster response? Call us direct on  +61 3 9331 5544

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver, using from 38 depos around Australia! AbaconREO delivers to:

• Melbourne and across Victoria (Vic)
• Sydney and across New South Wales (NSW)
• Canberra and across (ACT)
• Brisbane and across Queensland (QLD)
• Adelaide and across South Australia (SA)
• Perth and across Western Australia (WA)

Enter in your delivery address upon quote request and we can confirm delivery to your area.

What are your freight / shipping costs?

Cost is determined by both total weight and size. The items will be shipped after full payment has been confirmed. (Subject to stock availability)
